This album is extracted from Hasan Hujairi’s private archives. These intimate recordings were made in Fall 2016 while developing the album “Throat” (2017), which was released by Paxico Records.

Each of the three tracks making up this album focuses on a different instrument: The first track on an electronically processed oud, the second track on an electronically processed riqq, and the third track on the Teenage Engineering OP-1. There are also interweaving traces of field recordings processed through tape manipulation and a modular system centered around the Make Noise Phonogene module.

These recordings were made in Seoul, South Korea.
